Staff utilise GROW, our online learning management system, to access training and onboarding requirements, providing new staff with a substantive overview of Barwon Health, mandatory, organisational and department training, and a guide to the weekly face-to-face training that will occur with your supervisor or manager throughout the period of your Onboarding. Alternatively your manager will provide you with a three month onboarding paper checklist to complete and give back to Workforce at the end of the process.
